The engagement:
Agili Group has been engaged in supporting TGS Automotive Group with operational ERP consulting, custom development, and redesign of Business Central processes across manufacturing and warehouse operations.
Following challenges with a previous Business Central implementation, the project focuses on creating a more operationally aligned ERP platform capable of supporting complex production, warehouse, and project-based workflows across the organization.
