EMRI A/S is a Danish maritime technology company that develops advanced autopilot and steering systems for the international maritime industry.

AGILI Group worked closely with EMRI to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a particular focus on manufacturing and warehouse processes.

The implementation included the deployment of a unified ERP platform supporting the company’s core business functions across manufacturing, warehousing, purchasing, and finance. The solution was configured to manage production control, bills of materials (BOMs), production planning, inventory management, and traceability across raw materials and finished goods.

A key objective of the project was to create stronger alignment between operational processes and financial management, enabling the company to achieve higher data quality, greater transparency, and more efficient workflows throughout the organization.
